Very Berry Lollies

These yoghurt lollies are super easy and oh so refreshing! They can be whipped up in minutes and enjoyed later by the whole family. Yum Yum!

Ingredients:

 

250 g fresh berries (we used rasberries and blueberries)

250 ml  double cream yoghurt

1 tablespoon condensed milk (optional)

 

Step 1:

Blend your ingredients with a food processor or blender.

 

Step 2:

Pour your ice-cream mixture into moulds and place it in the freezer for an hour or two.  If you don’t have ice-cream moulds you could use small empty yoghurt tubs instead.

 

Step 3:

Remove the moulds from the freezer and place an ice-cream stick in each.  Put it back in the freezer for at least another three hours until set.
