Colour appearance of the leather and fabric online may differ slightly depending on browser, screen and dye lots and all though great care will be taken to ensure uniform colour, we can not guarantee it.
Due to our stock being curated and being ever-changing, we unfortunately do not accept returns unless one or more of the following conditions are met:
- Your product (or any part thereof) was in a damaged, broken or otherwise unusable condition when you received it and you can provide proof that you received it in that condition.
- You received the incorrect product/order and it was our fault (i.e. it was not the same product as what you ordered).
- The return is authorized by one of us (working for Heymama Store).
- To return an item you have bought from us, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number, the name(s) of the item(s) to be returned, as well as the reason why you want to return it. We will assist you immediately.
- Clothing that does not fit can be exchanged for store credit within 5 working days of when order was received by the customer. Due to our shop being curated and stocking limited numbers we can not guarantee that the product will still be in stock or available at time of exchange.
Ξ REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once we have received the item to be returned, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item. The product must be in its original condition – unused and unwashed. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Your refund will be in the form of store credit.
Ξ SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Only if the sale item is in a damaged, broken or unusable condition, may it be returned for store credit. Please contact us if that is the case.
Due to the post office being unreliable, we choose to only use Courier to your door service.
R50 Flat rate shipping – please note that this is all major and surrounds – in case you stay in an area not services by our courier service – we will contact you directly to clear addition payment.
Expect 1 – 10 working days delivery time. We ship on Tuesdays and Fridays.

We may edit, delete or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, at any time and in our sole discretion, by posting a notice or a new agreement on our site. YOUR CONTINUED PARTICIPATION IN OUR PROGRAM, VISIT AND SHOPPING IN OUR SITE FOLLOWING OUR POSTING OF A CHANGE NOTICE OR NEW AGREEMENT ON OUR SITE WILL CONSTITUTE BINDING ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGE.

1. INSTANT EFT
- When you come through to the PayFast payment page, select Instant EFT and then select the bank which you bank with.
- The next page will give you a link to launch your Internet Banking.
- Click this link and then click “Continue”.
- You will now be displayed the banking details for the bank that you need to make the payment to.
- Using the launched window, you simply login as per normal and make a once off payment to the account details provided for the indicated amount.
- Once you have done so, log out of internet banking and return to the window with the PayFast payment page where you click the “Complete” button.
- The system will then verify your payment has been received and complete the payment
2. CREDIT CARDS
Visa and MasterCard credit cards can be used on PayFast.
You can now buy products from the Heymama Store by using the easy Snapscan app.
- Download the Snapscan app from the App Store
- Sign up by setting up your profile and adding your bank details
- When you checkout your cart, there will be a Snapscan code that you scan and your payment will be complete!
