Happy Shopping ladies!
About our Store
Heymamamag is a passion project Charine and I dreamed up little less than a year ago – the shop is just the cherry on the cake! We love shopping, but don’t always have the time to go through endless menus and drop downs to find what we want. Window shopping is not as much fun online as it is in real life! We dreamed about a small curated shop, never stocking more that 30 products – easy to navigate and stocked with products we LOVE! HEYMAMA STORE was born – and months of (really) hard work paid off!
In our store’s case, less is definitely more!
About our products
We have stock from all over! We took a trip to Thailand recently where we fell in love with their handmade goods! One of our favourites is the coconut bowl – in Thailand they use it for drinking water and soup! We also chased a pregnant lady down the street to find out where she bought her outfit! Turns out she has a little store and makes the clothes herself – she was expecting her first baby and even though there was a massive language barrier, we ended up having the loveliest conversation with her! We love her maternity clothes – it is dual purpose and still wearable after pregnancy! We are all about dual purpose! Locally, we sourced the most beautiful wood and leather products! We have been fans of Jim+Bob, Houtkappers, Skin Creamery and Fox and Moon for a while, so we jumped out of our skins with excitement when we added them to our suppliers list. Homeware like the rustic wooden serving board, wooden bowls and salad hands are all locally sourced – we just love it so much! One of our highlights was becoming a supplier for Little Pilgrim, one of our absolute favourite international brands!
How does it work?
We curate the shop based on demand, so there will be weekly updates! The shop will be ever changing so it stays fresh! We also have limited stock so you probably won’t see someone else wearing the same outfit as you. Some sold-out products might return, but overall we want the shop to stay small and special. We did everything ourselves – from taking the photos, to packaging your orders (our poor husbands had to help us a little bit … luckily we could bribe them with wine!) The kids were happy to be our models (you will also see Mathys eating a nanna in every photo… no comment 😉 But this is our dream come true and we hope you have a ball browsing the store!
