Kids Mama Stuff Outings

Outing – Cape Town Science Centre

The Cape Town Science Centre is without doubt one of the hidden gems of Cape Town when it comes to entertaining both young and old.  It’s an interactive playground where adults can be kids and kids can touch and experiment to their hearts content.  They are so used to hearing “Don’t Touch That!” making the interactive nature of the centre a true breath of fresh air.

The CTSC hosts a large variety of school programmes and workshops that are aligned with the National Curriculum and Assessment Policy Statements (CAPS).

From 26 June to 19 July they have their Winter Holiday Programmes that parents and kids can slot into when visiting the centre.

The centre has a small coffee shop, iCafe, which is conveniently situated so you can keep an eye while your children explore.

The CTSC also caters for birthday parties.  This includes an enclosed area with tables and chairs.  You and your guests will have access to the centre for the whole day!
