We are beyond excited to share this book with you as part of our Wellness Month. This book is one to get excited about as it moves away from complicated health and medical jargon and gives readers easy to follow advice to healthier living.The book was written by Dr Frank Lipman who is the founder and director of New York’s Eleven Eleven Wellness Centre.
Dr Lipman believes in and practices what he calls “good medicine.” He combines modern medicine with alternative medicines, blending the knowledge gained from science and wisdom gained from ancient healing traditions. He therefore believes in recommending conventional medicine (drugs and surgery) when appropriate, but also embraces complementary approaches such as acupuncture, yoga, supplements ect, taking into account what his patients are comfortable with.
